. It will deal with the business manager’s perspective of KM. Indeed a friend of mine has called it (the early draft) “knowledge management for dummies”. I choose to take that as a compliment
since it aims to be clear and simple, and besides he was missing quite a bit of the gritty part. Which on second thought may stay out.
